What we believe
- Sourced or it didn't happen. Every claim in a PropVerify AI report links to its source. No opaque scores, no “our proprietary algorithm”.
- AI handles the wide-net pass; advocates handle the deep dive. We use AI where it's faster and cheaper, and licensed experts where stakes demand human judgement.
- Honest about what AI can't reach. The Title & Land sub-score caps around 85% even on perfect runs, because AI cannot verify the 20-year title chain, mutation orders, occupancy status, tax dues, or court attachments. Every verdict names this gap and recommends an Expert Advocate Review for the remaining 15%.
- Credit restored if we fail. If our AI orchestrator doesn't complete a verification, your credit is added back to your balance so you can retry — free. We don't refund the cash you paid for the package, but you keep your purchasing power.
- Where coverage is thin, we say so. We only support states where our integrations are live. Today: Uttar Pradesh. Adding states one at a time, publicly, with no hand-waving.
