Terms of Use

• AI verifications — automated cross-checks against RERA, public sentiment sources, and our knowledge base. Output is a trust score with sourced signals.
• Expert reviews — at your request and for an additional fee, a licensed advocate from our panel reviews the AI report, runs document-level diligence, and issues a signed PDF.
• Storage of property documents you upload, the report we produce, and your payment history. Retention is described in our Privacy Policy.

A PropertyAI report is a due-diligence aid, not legal advice. Specifically:

• It is not a substitute for personal legal counsel before signing a sale deed.
• It is not a title guarantee. We surface known risks; we don't insure against ones we missed.
• It is not an investment recommendation. We don't tell you whether to buy — we tell you what we found.
• AI signals are best-effort. Public sentiment + scraped data can be incomplete or stale; we mark sources and timestamps so you can judge weight.

• You must be 18+ to create an account. We don't knowingly accept signups from minors.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share it. If you suspect unauthorised access, change it immediately and email security@propverifyai.com.
• One person per account. Sharing an account violates these terms and may result in suspension.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service — attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems is grounds for immediate termination.

• Credits are sold as packages (AI Basic, Expert Standard, Expert Urgent, Combined). Current pricing is displayed on /pricing and may change with notice.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your card or UPI details.
• Auto-refund: if our AI orchestrator fails to complete a verification, the consumed credit is automatically restored to your account.
• Discretionary refunds: for other refund requests, reply to your receipt email. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds, when issued, revoke any unspent credits tied to that payment.
• First AI verification per new account is free as a welcome credit; this credit doesn't expire and isn't refundable in cash.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• PropertyAI is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or ₹10,000 — whichever is greater.
• We're not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages — including lost deals, missed opportunities, or third-party legal costs.
• You are responsible for engaging your own legal counsel before any property purchase, registration, or signing.

• The PropertyAI platform, brand, code, and reports are our property. You may share reports with your own advisors but may not resell them.
• Documents you upload remain your property. We only use them to produce your report; we don't train external AI models on your data.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be handled exclusively by the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Before filing a claim, please contact legal@propverifyai.com — most issues can be resolved without litigation.

PropertyAI currently verifies properties in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh only. Both AI verifications and expert advocate reviews are scoped to this pilot region while we onboard the curated property KB district-by-district.

• By purchasing any package, you confirm the property you intend to verify is in our currently-serviceable area as listed on /pricing and at the point-of-purchase confirmation screen.
• Refunds for packages bought against out-of-coverage properties are handled case-by-case per §4 above — they are not automatic and are not guaranteed.
• We add cities incrementally and announce coverage updates by email to the relevant waitlist subscribers. You can join the waitlist for your city from the home page or pricing page.

We'll update these terms when our practices change. Material changes (anything that limits your rights or expands our liabilities) trigger an in-app notice and an email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
