Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsPlot will be demarcated as per approved MVDA Map. Only 4 plots are there in this project. The plots and roads will be constructed as per approved map in line dimension, size and orientation.
Boundary WallApplicable boundary wall in Brick and Mortar will be constructed . The same will be plastered and painted. The foundation of wall will be minimum 3 feet.
Road WorkPaver Block of M-40 grade will be laid over the compacted Earth, Granular Layer and sand bed. 9.30m wide road will be constructed. The earth/subgrade and granular layers will be compacted to the required density
FootpathsPaver Blocks will be placed at required locations in he width of 1m. The earth will be compacted and sand bed of 40-50 mm will be placed.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesSubmersible pump system will be installed for individual units as per approval by MVDA. The ground water will be pumped though the pumps with capacity to reach up to the terrace tanks of the units.
Sewer SystemIndividual septic tank will be constructed with separation tanks The connections will be provided to each unit. The tanks will have minimum liquid capacity of 200o liters. The dimension will be minimum 1x4 meter with wall width of minimum 750 mm.
