Demarcation Of PlotsThe plot has 26000 Sqm. of the area that will be demarcated as per the sanctioned and survey drawing.
Boundary WallA Boundary wall of (approx 850 m running length) RCC/brick with plaster and railing will be prepared.
Road Work7.5 M wide Access road to all towers will be provided and the road will be designed to take up live load as per approvals and NBC.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesGNIDA authority shall supply water for the entire society and shall be treated and pumped to all the houses.
Sewer SystemCentralized STP to treat the sewage will be designed and provided.
