Demarcation Of PlotsAll plots are being demarcated in the layout being attached as per the approved sanction plan. Block A-A01 to A64 having an average area of 1850Sq. Ft. and Block B B01 to B136 having an average area of 1225 Sq. Ft.
Boundary WallAll plots are covered with the boundary wall of atleast 4 feets. The colony would be having the outer walls of atleast 6 feets.
Road WorkBlack top road has been proposed in the colony. The roads would be 9 metres wide as per the attached approved layout.
