Demarcation Of PlotsDemarcation of plots will be done after the development work will be completed
Boundary WallNo boundary wall is propsoed
Road WorkRoad will be constructed as per sanction layout plan. Earth filling work sub grade preparation GSB 200 mm laying and final premix carpet will be done in stepwise development work.The roads in sector 07 has been designed with varying width 12,18 & 9m. Pathways, Cycle Track, are provided to enhance mobility
FootpathsThe footpath will be developed with interlocking tiles and electric trench will run through footpath. The footpath will be 1.2mtrs to 1.8 mtrs as per road width.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe water will be supplied through borewell and Overhead Tanks and UG Tanks for commercial tanks. The diameter of the water pipeline is 100mm to 250mm as per population and load demand.
Sewer SystemThe provision of seweage chamber for sector -06 to manage waste water efficiently. The diameter of sewage pipe is 200mm to 800mm as per population. The material of pipe is DWC SN8.
