Demarcation Of PlotsThe Plots will be demarcated as per the approved map from Agra Development Authority.
Boundary WallThe 2 m high boundary wall with solid foundation will be constructed for the project. The brick wall will be plastered and painted with all weather pain.
Road WorkThe interlocking paving block and CC road will be constructed for the project. The wearing course will be laid over the layers of compacted subgrade and the compacted granular layer as specified by the Engineer.
FootpathsThe colored interlocking tiles will be used for footpaths/Walkways. it will be laid on sand bed over the compacted specified earthen/granular layer.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe potable underground water will be pumped to Overhead water tank tat will be delivered to each individual unit through the network of underground PVC pipeline. The pipe line will also have the inspection chambers to assist the repairs if any. Each unit will have individual terrace tanks for storage.
Sewer SystemThe main sewer line will be designed as per norms and laid along-side road network of the project. The sewer will be collected from each unit through soil-Pipes and the network of pipes carrying it efficiently to the sewage treatment plant designated for the project.
DrainA ted in the of underground and surface drain will be constructed in the project. The masonry chamber will be constructed as per design by engineer.

Water Conservation SystemThe filtration chambers will be constructed to collect the rain water and led to ground water with encased PVC pipe system. The capacity will be 3000 ltr. The landscape will be so designed to assist maximum rain water to reach the camber inlet
