Footpaths"A pedestrian walkway is proposed as an integral component of the township development of Phase 2, aimed at promoting walkability and ensuring safe, accessible movement for residents. Footpaths are made with Paver Block having a thickness 80mm. Pedestrian walkway of about 2.0 mtr width at each side of 24 mtr, 30 mtr, 36 mtr & 45 mtr roads. Pedestrian walkway of about 2.75 mtr width at each side of 18 mtr Road. Pedestrian walkway of about 2.50 mtr width at each side of 12 mtr Road. Pedestrian walkway of about 1.5 mtr width at each side of 9 mtr Road."
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesFor Water Supply - HDPE PE-100 PN-10 90mm-200mm diameter and DI, K9 pipes pipe 250mm-600mm is used to supply water from 6.41ML Under ground Water Tank after treatment at 7.5MLD Water Treatment Plant.
Sewer System"Sewer appurtenances such as manholes, drop manholes will be provided at appropriate locations along the sewerage network in accordance with the CPHEEO guidelines and design considerations. Size of Manholes to be used: 0.9 m to 1.80 m dia for depth from 1.65 m to 9 mtr."
DrainDrainage system made by RCC M-20 grade of size 300mmx300mm to 2800mmx1400mm and drain wall thickness 175mm-200mm.
ParksPark and all green areas have been demarcated. Actual horticulture work shall be started after completion of civil work.
Tree PlantingTrees of different species will be planted on the green belt, along roads, and junctions Big leaf trees will also be provided on the periphery.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterThe recycled water shall be supplied to each plot by pumping from Semi Underground Tank. The Water Quality Standards after treatment of the raw water from the existing source shall be as per the Bureau of Indian Standards IS: 10500-1991. The proposed pipe materials are HDPE PE-100 PN-10 upto 200mm and DI, K9 pipes above 200mm.
