Demarcation Of PlotsAll plot in the project will be clearly demarcated on the ground as per the approved layout plan. each plot will be demarcated using brick / curve stone and pillers fixed at the front of block to indicate the plot number and block number.
Boundary WallThe entire project land is enclosed by the well-defined boundary wall,. Boundry wall will be approx 2.3 meter high Precast boundary wall, ensuring protection, security, and prevention of encroachment.
Road WorkInternal Roads within the project are developed as per the approved layout. The Roads are 12 meter main approch road with 9/7.5/6 meter wide intersection road will be laid with proper sub-base, base course and surface finishing to ensure durability and smooth vehicle movement.
