Demarcation Of PlotsThis is one of the best location rectangular shaped plot situated at Rameshwar road having single entrance and exit.
Boundary Wall5-7 ft. high and 9 inch thick designer boundary with light.
Road WorkRoad work will be done as per design and approval of VDA.
FootpathsWe provide narrow foothpath within campus alonwith boundary wall.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilitieswe provide ground water to every individual in the society. Overhead Tanks shall also be provided on building terrace for distribution in every flat.
Sewer SystemCentralized sewer system shall be provided and all the sewer drainage shall be released in the STP after treatment water shall be recycled and will be used for gardening and miscellaneous work of the society. Drainage overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municipal Sewerage in Future or a seasonal natural drain running along with the site boundary.
DrainStorm water system shall be provided from roads and other landscape area which will be connected to the rain water harvesting via storm water drain channel and recharge the ground water and the overflow shall be connected to the Municipal Drain Line in Future.
ParksWe are providing greenery area as per VDA norms along with some more landscape area with boundary walls.
Tree PlantingWe will plant different varieties of trees to maintain oxygen level and natural greenery in society.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe have designed the system as per the Local electricity board and consider centralized Transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder pillar and DG Backup for common services like external lighting, common STP, pumproom, guardroom, etc.
Community BuildingsWe are not providing community building yet but we have plan in future if VDA will give the permission.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterCentralized Sewage system shall be provided. All severe water shall drained in to the STP for treatment. After that water shall be recycled and will be used in gardening, vehicle washing, etc. Overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system in future or a seasonal natural drain running around the site boundary.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemWe will provide garbage collection point in the society and dustbins at different locations in building for solid waste management.
Water Conservation SystemAs per government norms, we are providing rain water harvesting system for the society.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyWe will provide energy saving LEDs light in common areas like passage, stairs, boundary walls etc. Solar Voltaic Panels will be fixed on terrace to provide renewable source of energy for common areas in building campus.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemWe will provide all fire fighting safety equipment as per government norms to protect the society from any fire hazards.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesWe are providing common washrooms for the visitors/drivers, free drinking water facility, guard rooms, etc.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesFire staircase is provided in each building as per VDA Approved map with the fire resistance doors and basement access and exit.
Other Miscellaneous WorkWe will provide grand entrance gate and waiting area, etc.
