Development & Facilities

Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll the plots will be demarcated as per the orientation and dimension. In addition to this all the project amenities will also be as per the specified size and dimension including of roads , drains and park.
Boundary WallThe boundary wall will constructed at the required locations to keep the project to single point entry. The height of the wall will be 6 to 8 feet high with foundation 4 feet deep. the wall will be constructed in brick and mortar and will be plastered and painted.
Road Workthe total of 2455 square meter of the project area will be covered with the 9 and 7.5 m wide road. The wearing course will be the interlocking-paving tiles. The paving tiles of minimum 80 mm will be laid over the sand band of 30-50 mm. The Granular sub-base will be compacted to the required density and also the subgrade.
FootpathsThe interlocking paver blocks will be laid over the compacted subgrade and the sand bed of 30-50 mm. The paver block will be of min. 60mm depth.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe total demand of water for the project is estimated at 230 cu-m approx per day. The ground water will be pumped through submersible pump to the the OHT and will be delivered through the PVC pipe system to the all units of the project.
Sewer SystemThe waste water flow is estimated to 90 cu/m at peak. The underground Pipes of minimum 600 mm will be laid to cater for the domestic sewer. The manholes will be constructed at all locations as per design to ensure continuous flow of waste water and maintenance if required
DrainThe trapezoidal drains lined and covered will be constructed in the project . The iron grill will be used at crossings. the minimum height of the drain will be 300mm and the top width also 300mm. The base of the drain will be 100mm concrete.
ParksTotal area under park is 1303 square meter in the park . Total of two parks with kids and elder people facilities will be developed in the project.
Tree PlantingTress will be planted along the periphery of the parks and at all suitable location. The all weather trees suitable to the local environment will be selected and planted in the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe electrical design will be as per the standards of the electrical board. The electrical poles in the project will be minimum 4.5 m high with the lamp of 130 lux. The separate transformer will be installed for the project. The distribution boxes will be installed at poles and the connection will be given to each unit of the project.
Community BuildingsNot Applicable
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterThe STP will be installed with multistage treatment for BOD and COD. The first stage will be separation of solid and liquid. The secondary treatment will be treatment of BOD and COD and separation of effluents. Tertiary treatment will be done to make the effluents suitable to dispose as per environmental standards
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThe dalab ghar will be constructed in the project and the dust bins will be installed at all suitable locations of the project to collect the waste separately
Water Conservation SystemThe water table is encountered at 24 m depth . The collection chamber of multi layer filtration will be constructed and the perforated covered pipes will be lead to the depth of 25 m . The surface runoff will be collected to recharge the water table
