Development & Facilities

Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll the plots and the project amenities like park, roads wil be demarctated in dimension and direction as per approved map. There are totyal of 162 plots in the project. The Residential Plots are 158 and Commercial Plots are 4. Commercial plots will be sold as Plots only.
Boundary Wall6 to 8 feet boundary wall will be constructed at requiredlocations. The boundary wall will be in the brick and mortar. The foundation will be asper design. The wall will be plastered and painted.
Road WorkThe roads of width of 7.5 m , 9.0m and 12 m will be constructed as shown in the layout. The rigid pavement having PQC of 200mm , DLC of 150 mm and GSB of 200 mm over compacted subgrade will be laid in the project.
FootpathsThe pedestrian pathway of 1 to 3 m width will be constructed with the paver blocks. The interlocking paver blockof 80mm depth will be laid on the compacted granular/subgrade layer.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe potable ground water will be pumped to the OHT. 5 Nos of 24 HP pumps will be installed in the project. The UPVC pipes will be laid for delivery of water to each unit.
Sewer System200 mm dia PVC/CC pipes will be laid in the project along with CC an holes to cater for the domestic sewer. The sewer will be led to the municipal line.
DrainCovered drainage arrangement will be laid out in the project. The drains will be constructed in CC and covered with grill at required locations. The drains will be sloped to ensure flow under gravity
ParksThe parks will be developed as per the landscape plan covering the area 4800 sq.m. The two lush gree parks will be developed in the project.
Tree PlantingMultiple trees along the park periphery and theproject boundary will be planted.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting2 Nos of 400kVA electric transformers will be installed in the project . The LED overhead street lights will be installed. Underground and overhead electric cabling will be done.
Community BuildingsThe community building like club house will be developed in the project .
