Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsThe project land and all the plots in it along with parks, common areas , roads, drains etc. will be demarcated as per the approved map by Agra Development Authority. The latest Survey equipment will be used to keep every measurement and orientation exactly as per approval .
Boundary WallA six to Eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed in Brick and mortar. The brick wall will be plastered and painted with all season paint. The Boundary wall will designed to resist earthquake with 5 feet deep foundation.
Road WorkThe road work will comprise of compacted subgrade and the compacted granular base of 150mm. The wearing course will be suitably chosen as per location varying from Rigid Pavement/ Paver Blocks / Flexible Pavement.
FootpathsThe Paver block of M-15 compressive strength will be laid over the 50 mm sand layer. The Granular layer will be compacted to minimum depth of 100 mm over the compacted earth .
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe Ground water will be pumped to the underground water tank using a submersible pump set . The water from the Underground tank will then again be pumped to the roof tanks of the villas and PVC pipe connection will be taken up to each unit . The head will be created through the pump so as to avoid any other pressure requirement.
Sewer SystemThe Sewer system will be designed with under ground hume pipes jointed to avoid any leakage. The slopes will be so maintained to assist the egress of the domestic sewer to the municipal sewer line. The dia of pipes will vary from 300mm to 400mm and the man holes will be provided as suitable lengths and locations to assist maintaining the sewer line.
DrainThe lined cover drains will be constructed across the project . The cross drainage structures will be constructed d at all locations where it is required. The trapezium shaped drain with top width of minimum 300mm will be constructed to assist the rapid regress of the domestic drain water and storm water.
ParksLush green parks will be constructed and maintained as per the landscape plan . The will be play area for kids and sitting areas for elderly.
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project . The tress will be selected basis the quality of soil in the project . The trees will be planted along the periphery of the parks and along the boundary wall
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe separate transformer will be installed for the project basis the calculation done by Torrent Power limited to suffice the requirement of domestic needs of the project. The electricity will be distributed through the electrical poles and the distribution boxes. The street lights will be min. 4.5 m high.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterNot Applicable. The sewer will be disposed to municipal sewer line.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemGarbage collection centers 2.5 m x 6m in two numbers will be constructed . In addition to that the dustbins will be installed at all suitable location to collect and dispose the garbage
Water Conservation SystemAn 150 mm bore hole fitted with perforated pipe will be installed at the catchment zone. The pipe will be going minimum 8m deep . The collection chamber will have multi stage filtration system starting from gravels leading to sand for the minimum depth of 500mm. The collected water will be filtered through the arrangement and will help recharge the water table.
