Demarcation Of PlotsThe project land will be demarcated with the boundary-wall. The setbacks of the building and peripheral wall will be established as per approved layout.
Boundary WallA 6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed . The Brick wall will be plastered and painted. The foundation of the wall will be minimum of 4feet depth. The design of the same will be earthquake resistant
Road WorkThe Roads will be laid to the desired width as approved in sanctioned plan. The road will be built-up on the compacted earth with the layer of 100mm Lean cement concrete. The Paver block resistant to seasonal and traffic abrasions will be laid of the depth of 4 inches and M-20 strength
FootpathsInterlocking paver tiles will be laid in the footpath areas laid over the compacted earth, 2 inch sand bed. A 4 inch interlocking tiles will be laid in color patterns to enhance the visibility and walking experience.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesA potable ground water supply will be arranged for the domestic use of the project. The ground water will be pumped through a submersible pump set the underground water tank from where the water will be pumped to terrace tank to e further supplied to each flat.
Sewer SystemA sewerage system consisting of soil pipes and U-chambers will be installed in the entire project carrying the sewer to the man holes. The Electrical room will also be constructed . The connections will lead to each flat through chain of distribution for domestic purpose. The Street lights will be installed along the boundary wall of the project and the common open areas.

Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyNot Applicable- Yet the energy saving practice will be observed and the LED lightings will be installed at all common locations.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemThe fire norms will be applied through out the project . There will be wet risers on all floors, Pumping by Steve alarm system. The fire extinguishers will be installed at all floors and common areas.

Emergency Evacuation ServicesThe stairwell are designed for minimum width required for easy and rapid egress of the occupants in case of fire. The installations will be done as per norms of fire safety department.
