SERVICE FLOORS ARE NOT PART OF THIS PROJECT. ALL OF THE ABOVE SERVICES MAY BE CHARGEABLE AS SEPARATE FROM MAINTENANCE CHARGES AS PER THE POLICY OF THE PROMOTER. PROMOTER SHALL HAVE VARIOUS SPECIAL RIGHTS AS PER THE APPLICATION FORM/ AGREEMENT FOR SUBLEASE.
