Demarcation Of PlotsThe Plot demarcation will be done as per approved map by Agra Development Authority. The dimensions and orientations ill be done using latest survey methods.
Boundary WallSix to Eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed in brick-masonry. The wall will be plastered and painted . The wall be be 4 feet deep and designed to resist earthquake and climate stresses.
Road Work7.5m and 9m wide road will be constructed in the project. The wearing course will be supported by compacted earth, Compacted Granular layers as per prevailing provisions.
Footpathsinterlocking tiles will be placed over sand bed of 30-50 mm in the shoulder and park periphery. The M-30 grade interlocking tiles of 50mm will be placed.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesUnderground water through submersible pump will be pumped to overhead tank. Thereon the water will be supplied to individual units via PVC underground pipe line.
Sewer SystemUnderground Sewer system with man holes will be constructed to cater for the domestic sewer of the project. The sewer line will lead to STP
DrainLined covered/ open drain will be constructed of trapezoidal shape to ensure continuous flow of drain water.
ParksThe parks will be developed as per approved landscape plan.
