Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesFrom GNIDA with WTP of adequate capacity as per design to cater the daily Water Requirement of 13,25,000 Liter per day.

ParksGreen area is being provided as per GNIDA Norms. The Green Area Required as Total Site Area is 347.39 Sq Meter . However the Proposed Green Area is 348.49 Sq Meter.
Tree PlantingEvergreen Tree Planted as per GNIDA Norms. 14 nos Trees are required as per the Development Authority Norms. Keeping the commitment of Green Noida, 16 nos of Evergreen Trees are Proposed for better and developed Green areas. The Details of Trees are mentioned in the Attached Landscape Plan.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingElectrical load calculated as per requirement and prevailing norms. Street Lighting with Energy saving LED Street Lights. are Proposed.
