Demarcation Of PlotsThe plot area for the project of 3195 sq.m will be demarcated as per approved plan confirming to the alingnment and dimensions. Building lines will be maintained.
Boundary WallSix to Eight feet high boundary wall will be constructed in brick and mortar. The same will be plastered and painted.
Road WorkThe interlocking paver blocks will be placed in the peripheral section f the building. The subgrade and the granular layer will be compacted to ther required density.
FootpathsInterlocking paving tiles over the snd bed of 30-50 mmm will be placed
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesPotable ground water will be puped to the underground water tank. There on through PVC pipe the water will be pumped to the terrace tanks and suppied to each unit of the project along with comon areas
Sewer SystemThe sewage will be collected through th soil pipes in the buiding with syphon arrangement to regulate the flow. The minimum 300 mm dia pies and the man hole arragements will be made to collect the sewer and lead to STP.
DrainTerrace drainge through vertcle pipes will lead to RWH. The side drains from the iniys will leead to the chambers and the lead the the drainage pipes towards out let.
