Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsThere are Total of 94 Plots as per Sanctioned map by Agra Development Authority. All the Plots will be demarcated as per the Size and alignment of the plots will are being done as per the approved map.
Boundary WallThe boundary wall of approximately 6 feet height topped by the Iron grill will be constructed along the project boundary . The boundary wall will be constructed with brick and mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted . The wall will be earth quake resistant.
Road WorkFlexible Pavement with Compacted Subgrade, 150mm Compacted Granular Sbu-base, topped with Water Bound Macadam and 20mm Pre-mix carpet as wearing course. The Slopes- Longitudinal and transverse will be maintained to assist smooth ride and quick removal of water.
FootpathsCompacted Earth Topped with 50-75 mm sand bed and then 4to6 inches interlocking paver tiles to assist safe walking with anti skid all weather surface. The Strength of Paving blocks will be approximately M-10
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesGround water will be pumped through a submersible pump. The Portable water will be lead to Overhead tank. From there the water will travel to individual units through an underground piping arrangement. The slopes will be so maintained to create desired head at each unit.
Sewer SystemSewer lines to be laid over PCC 150mm Thk maintaining the invert level, the level difference at inlet and end crossing trough man holes for inspection. 600mm dia. hume pipes to be laid for the easy removal of the domestic sewer.
DrainLined Surface and subsurface drains will be laid over PCC. The Trapezium shaped trains are laid to slopes to ensure rapid flow of drain water. The design is done to avoid any leaks from the drains.
ParksPark will be laid as per the layout approved by Agra development Authority. The lush green park will also be having sitting and playing area.
Tree PlantingMultiple type of trees will be planted in the projects common areas, along the boundary wall and the periphery of the park. The plants selected will such as to have long life without causing any hindrance to the service activity of the project
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe Electrical Design for the domestic usage and common areas of the project will be provided by the electrical department. The separate transformer and the electrical room will be provided for the project. 4.5 meter high street lights will be installed and the electrical connection will be provided to each unit through distribution box

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterState-of-the-art- Sewage treatment plant will e installed in the project with multi stage treatment option to treat the domestic waste to permissible effluents limits before being disposed to the designated area.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemDalab ghar is to be constructed in the project for solid waste management. in additions garbage collection bins will be installed at common areas to keep the project premise clean.
Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting pit/s will be constructed in the project to collect storm and rain water. The water will be collected in the collection chamber which will be put through series of granular filtration inclusive of charcoal to clear the water. which will the be taken down to the water table through perforate PVC pipe
