Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsAll components of the project such as plots, roads parks and other will be demarcated. The size and orientations will be maintained as per the approved map.
Boundary WallA 6 to 7 feet high boundary wall will be constructed in the project at required locations. The 9 inch wall will be constructed in brick and cement mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted. The length of wall will be approximately 80m
Road WorkThe roads will be constructed as per the width in approved map. The interlocking paver blocks of min 80 mm depth/ Cement concrete pavement with PQC of 200 to 250mm as per design. The width of the road will be 7.5 m and 9.0m covering total area of 2193 square meters. will be installed in the project. The paver blocks will be laid over the sand bed and the compacted subgrade and granular layers.
FootpathsThe interlocking paver blocks will be installed in the footpath areas. The depth of blocks will be kept around 60mm. The paver blocks will be laid over the compacted subgrade and the sand bed.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesOverhead water tank of 500000 ltr will be constructed in the project. The water will be supplied to each unit and the common areas of the project under gravity through underground PVC pipes. The ground water will be pumped to the OHT. There will be 2 pumps of 3HP.
Sewer SystemThe Under ground sewer system will be installed in the project catering for each unit of the project . The concrete pipes of 300/200 mm will be laid to cater for the domestic sewer . Man holes will be constructed as per design to assist the service of sewer system.
DrainThe Lined covered drain will be constructed in the project. The trapezium drain will be constructed having depth and width of minimum 200 mm. The drainage will be designed to flow under gravity.
ParksThe lush green park will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan. The area of approximately 650 sq.m will be covered under the park.
Tree PlantingThe trees suitable to the soil of the project will be planted in the project as per the landscape plan. The Plants will be planted in the periphery of the park and all suitable locations of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe separate transformer will be installed in the project as per the electrical load sanctioned by the electricity board. The electrical connection will be lead to each unit . The street lights will be placed across the project from there the distribution boxes will be used to divert the electric connection to each unit. The height of the street lights will be more than 4 m. The proposed transformer is of 250KVA capacity

Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThe dalab ghar will be constructed in the project to collect the domestic waste. The dustbins will also be installed in the project in the common areas. The dalab ghar will be approximately 13 sq.m
Water Conservation SystemThe rainwater harvesting system will be installed in the project. 200 mm dia PVC pipes will be used to collect the runoff. The collection chamber with multistage filter system will be constructed. The collected filtered water will be lead to the ground through perforated pvc pipes.
