Demarcation Of PlotsThe project is part of a bigger project DWARKESH GRAND having RERA registration number UPRERAPRJ888112 and also situated along side project DWARKESH GRAND EXTENSION having RERA registration number UPRERAPRJ616308/02/2024. The area of this project shall be demarcated as per the approved map. The project land is located at Village Kundol, Agra. The total land of this project is 6496.33 Sqm and is situated on Khasra No. 1608, 1609 and 1610.
Boundary WallBrick and plaster wall will be 2.43 meters high along the project land.
Road WorkThe riding surface will be of black and white interlocking paving tiles placed on 225 mm water bound macadam.
FootpathsAll footpath in the project will be of black and white paving tiles laid over compacted earth and 30-50 mm sand.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe ground water will be pumped out to the OHT and thereon supplied to the each unit through well laid PVC pipeline network.
Sewer SystemThe network of 300 mm diameter pipes will be laid across the project. The sewer line of soil pipe will carry the sewer from all the units. The bends and inspection chamber will be designed and the sewer will be led to the STP.
DrainThe underground PVC pipe will be laid with casing of masonry chambers. The minimum width of the chambers will be of 150 mm. The rain water will be collected and led to connected underground concrete pipeline.
ParksMultiple lush green parks will be developed. The parks will have jogging tracks and sitting area at suitable locations.
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted along the boundary and at the periphery of the parks. The selection of suitable plants will be done as per the flora and fauna of the project. The locations will be suitable selected so as not to disturb the utilities of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe electrical system will be designed as per the DVVNL. The overhead connection will be lead to each residential through distribution boxes.
Community BuildingsThe club house will be constructed in the project with various family activities facilities.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage Water300 KLD capacity of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) will be installed in the project for treatment of sewage and sullage water.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSolid waste management area will be installed in the project. The collected waste will be disposed of as per the local authority rules and regulations. The waste will be transferred to the local waste management authority.
Water Conservation SystemRainwater harvesting system of 100 KHL will be installed in the project. 3 Nos. of Rainwater harvesting pits will be installed.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyNot Applicable
