Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsThe plot areas and alignment will be demarcated as per the approved map. The project land is located at village Kundol, Agra this projects total land is 32358 sq.m and is on Khasra Nos 1612, 1614, 1615 and 1616.
Boundary WallBrick and plaster Boundary wall will be 2.43 m high along the project land
Road WorkThe riding surface will be of black and white interlocking paving tiles placed on 225mm water bound macadam.
FootpathsAll foot paths will be of black and white paving tile laid over compacted earth and 30-50 mm sand.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe ground water will be pumped to OHT and thereon supplied to each unit through well laid PVC pipe network.
Sewer SystemThe network of 300mm diameter pipes will be laid across the project. The sewer line of soil pipe will carry the sewer from all the units. The bends and inspection chambers will be designed and the sewer will be led to STP.
DrainThe underground PVC pipe will be laid with casing of masonry chambers. The minimum width will be of 150mm. The rain water will be collected and led to connected underground concrete pipe line.
ParksMultiple lush green parks will be developed. The parks will have jogging tracks and sitting area at suitable locations
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted along the boundary and at the periphery of the parks . The selection of suitable plants will be done as per the flora and fauna of the project. The locations will be suitably selected so as not to disturb the utilities of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe electrical system will be designed as per DVVNL. The overhead connection will be lead to each residential unit through distribution boxes.
Community BuildingsThe club house will be constructed in the project with various family activity facilities.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage Water300kld capacity STP will be installed in the project .
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSolid waste management will be installed in the project. The collected waste will be disposed off at the nearby solid waste management department.
Water Conservation SystemRainwater harvesting system of 100KHL will be installed in the project. The 3 numbers will be installed
