Demarcation Of PlotsThe total approved area is of size 9156 aq. mtr. (after deduction of road widening) exist at Lucknow Sultanpur highway , having 1 main entrance gate from the 76m wide front road(Extension of the project will be planned in due course)
Boundary Wall2m high and230mm thick brick work and RCC work in column and beam. At the centre face of boundary wall there would be a Logo of the project which will give a beautiful iconic design to the boundary wall.
Road WorkFrom the main entrance gate we will provide 125 mm thick interlocking brick/RCC road throughout the project. The widess starts from 6 Mtr and goes uptp 7.5Mtr..
FootpathsWe shall provide footpath of 60/80 mm thick interlocking paver.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide pumps for the requirement of blocks through underground pipelines of diameter 110 mm
Sewer SystemModular sewerage system shall be provided of capacity 135KLD as per approved MBBR technology. All sewerage water shall go to the STP through DWC/RCC hume pipes and overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municipal Sewerage System.
DrainStorm water shall be connected to the Storm water drain, through DWC/RCC hume pipes (Dia 150mm above) and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharge of ground water and overflow shall be connected with Municipal drain Line.
ParksWe will provide 1378.16 Sq. Mt. Green Area with different activities and kids play area
Tree PlantingWe will provide 83 Nos of Trees in green area along with boundary wall
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingElectrical infrastructure will be developed as per approved electrical drawings
Community BuildingsClub community centre with good amenities. It will be run and maintained by RWA. Same club will also be used by the residents of future extension.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterTreatment and disposal of sewage and sludge water will be done through vendor of municipal body
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThere will be a proper Garbage collection area for the solid waste management.
Water Conservation SystemRain water Harvesting System for recharging of water and improve the ground water level
