Demarcation Of PlotsProposed Group Housing scheme over an area measuring 2.313 acers at GH-02, Eldeco Udyan II, Sector IV Raksha Khand Raibareilly Road, Lucknow ,Uttar Pradesh. Plot is well demarcated at the site.
Boundary Wall1.5 High Brick wall and 0.9 M High railing on 3 side boundary wall. Road side boundary/railing shall be as per design.
Road WorkC.C internal 6m wide roads along with side pavings of precast concrete pavers shall be constructed as per the landscape design.
FootpathsPaved footpaths of grit finish with groves as proposed as per landscape design.
