Demarcation Of PlotsPlot is well demarcated at the site.

Boundary Wall1.5 M. High Brick wall all around the project site will be done. Internal boundary wall for various plots like club , group housing, villas will be a simple toe wall of 300 mm high.

Road WorkInternal 6m wide road carriageway of C.C. is proposed with certain special areas having concrete pavers in the carriage way along with side paving of precast concrete pavers shall be constructed as per the landscape design.

FootpathsPaved footpaths of grit finish with groves and in some places of precast concrete pavers are being proposed as per landscape design.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities1200 KLD UGT has been proposed from where water will be supplied to each plot/amenities plot building . Hydopneumatic supply for Villas with Minimum residual pressure and for other building water will be supplied to their individual plot

Sewer SystemSTP of 1800 KLD Capacity has been proposed from where flushing garden hydrant requirement will be supplied.

DrainSystem of temporary rain water holding tank has been proposed with no of rain water harvesting pits.

Community BuildingsA well-designed clubhouse with a multipurpose hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, games room and other amenities is part of scheme for community engagement, recreation, and relaxation.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterA well designed STP-1800 KLD is in place to take care of sewage and sullage water. Treated water of STP will be used for flushing water requirement and Horticulture water requirement. Dry sludge will be used for Horticulture purpose,plantation ETC.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemCollection/Disposal of solid waste shall be coordinated with Lucknow Nagar Nigam. We have provided a proper Centralised Garbage collection and sorting area.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesWe have provided centralised outdoor sports facility along with a Club. The Club Houses various indoor sports and multipurpose hall, gymnasium, swimming pool games room and other amenities. Also other amenities like kid play area , senior citizen area, play courts are provided in the various greens for the residence of the proposed housing colony.
