Demarcation Of PlotsWe have one plot of size 11,827 sq. mtr. having 1 main entrance/exit gate and one service entry from the 45 m wide front road.
Boundary Wall1.8 m high and 230 mm thick Brick work and RCC work in column and beam.
Road WorkFrom the main entrance gate we have 80 mm thick interlocking cement concrete pavers road 6m wide through out the project.
Footpaths1.5m wide foothpath as per design
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide Two nos. of pump for the requirement of blocks through underground pipelines.
Sewer SystemSewerage treatment system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.
DrainStorm water shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.
ParksWe will provide green area over the podium and in site pheriphery kids play area.
Tree PlantingWe will provide many local species of trees all along the boundary wall & green area as per landscape design
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG backup for common service like External lighting, Fountain/waterbody, STP, Pump room etc.
