Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsPlot No. GH-01, Sector 02, Greater Noida (West), Gautam Buddha Nagar, Total Plot Area = 98373.75 square meters, Current Phase (Eros Sampoornam 3) Plot Area = 21727.75 square meters.
Boundary Wall2.1 meters high boundary wall with 450 mm high brick and plaster wall and above 1650 mm high mild steel grill (as per elevation) between two R.C.C. columns approximately 4.5 meters centre to centre. The boundary wall shall be earthquake resistant.
Road WorkAll roads in the complex will be in combination of concrete pavers/tiles (65/75 mm thick of different colours, shape and thickness. Roads will be laid over 225 mm water bound macadam.
FootpathsAll footpaths in the complex will be in the combination of concrete pavers/tiles (65/80 mm thick/ tiles (10/25 mm thick) of different colours, shapes and thickness laid over 150 mm water bound macadam/cement concrete.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesPotable water supply from Greater Noida Authority shall be collected in underground collection tank and pumped to overhead water tanks (21 numbers) located at the top floor terrace of total capacity of 278 KL. (Domestic 168 KL + Fire 110 KL). The supply of water to individual flats shall be from the said overhead water tanks.
Sewer SystemThe sewage will be collected through a soil pipeline (up to 300 mm dia) arrangements, bends and inspection chambers leading to the common sewage water treatment plant (STP) of the Project, STP capacity - 1640 KLD, from where the treated water will be used for irrigation and flushing purpose.
DrainRainwater shall be collected in the drains/ catch basins, which are connected to the underground cement concrete pipelines of dia up to 450 mm. Through the various manholes constructed in the periphery of the complex, the rainwater shall be discharged in the rainwater harvesting tanks (Total - 7 No. tanks and approximately 21.0 cum. capacity of each tank). The overflow of water shall be discharged in the drain of Greater Noida Development Authority.
ParksLush green internal park will be provided and maintained. The parks will have jogging track, green maze, amphitheater, half basket ball court, skating rink, sand pit, children play area and sitting areas.
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services/usage in the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingElectricity supply provided through 33/0.415 KV transformers and by DG set supply for backup. Total electrical load 2570 KVA/2314 KW shall be supplied by the electricity board, i.e., NPCL.
Community BuildingsNot applicable
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterSewage shall be treated in the combined Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 1640 KLD for all the phases and thereafter treated water shall be used for flusing and irrigation.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSolid waste to be collected from individual flats and stored in garbage room in the basement. Recyclable waste shall be processed in the compost machine to make compost. Non-recyclable waste shall be disposed through the vendors approved by the Greater Noida Authority.
Water Conservation SystemRainwater harvesting pits shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharged in the municipal drains. Treater water from the STP shall be used for irrigation and flusing.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergySolar panels of approx. capacity 24KWp shall be provided on terrace for renewable energy. Single point metering will be there for energy purchased from the grid/power supply company.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemFirefighting system shall be provided for all buildings as per the prevailing requirements for National Building Code. Sprinkler shall be provided in all common areas, basement, stilts and inside the individual apartments. Smole detectors, fire doors shall be provided in common areas. Water supply to sprinklers and hydrants shall be from fire pumps located in the basement pump room.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesCommon social infrstructure shall be provided for all the phases combined.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesFire staircase shall be provided as per the approved fire drawing for evacuation to open areas.
