Demarcation Of PlotsProject Site is located at GH-02 Sector-45, Noida.
Boundary WallMinimum 1.5m height boundary wall with MS railing/RCC finished with plaster and textured paint as per the approved drawing and details.
Road WorkInternal roads in either Bituminous or RCC with broom finish.
Footpaths1.5m wide cement concrete pavers with pathways.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesMunicipal supplied water from respective authority, UGT storage tanks of sufficient capacity. Water will be treated as per requirement for water supply and distributed to flats through water transfer pumping system to OHT and thereafter, supply to apartments through gravity.
Sewer SystemSoil and water from the houses will be collected through network in shafts and 200mm diameter sewer lines in the external areas. The Sewerage so collected will be further treated in Sewerage treatment plant of capacity as per the approved design.
