Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsThe demarcation of Plot has been duly completed and the project is now ready for commencement of villa construction on the respective land.
Boundary WallBoundry Wall is not applicable under Phase-2 as this phase is part of total Land.
Road WorkAll Internal circulation Roads within the project have been designed with a uniform width of 30 fees. The primary approach roads within the Project are designed with a width of 65 feet, facilitation better traffic flow and accommodating two way vehicular movement.
FootpathsContinuous footpath are proposed along the main approach roads and selected internal roads to facilitate safe pedestrian circulation within the project premises. Its to be built by Povers Block.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesAn internal water distribution network is being developed with PVC pipeline; to ensure uniform water pressure and reliable supply across all Villas. Safe and potable drinking water will be ensured through pipe lines. Capacity of 2 Water Tank to be constructed in the project is 44KLD.
Sewer SystemEvery villa will be provided within an individual sewer connection that links to the main sewer line and an underground sewer pipeline network is being developed in the project.
DrainA well planned storm water drainage system has been incorporated as part of the internal development works to ensure efficient collection and disposal of rainwater within the project area. The drainage network has been designed in accordance with the approval layout plan and applicable local authorities norms.
ParksA dedicated park and landscaped green area has been planned within the project to provide open recreational space, enhance environmental quality and promote healthy community living. The Park layout and amenities have been designed in accordance to the approval plan of Local Authority.
Tree PlantingTree Plantation has been planned and incorporated as an integral part of the internal development work to enhance environmental quality and improve the ecological balance of the project area. Designated Area within the layout have been earmarked for tree plantation along road side, park and open spaces as reflected in the approved plan.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe Project has been planned with a comprehensive and compliant electrical infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable and efficient distribution of Power within the entire development. The Design for electric supply and street lighting has been prepared in accordance with UP electricity Board Guidelines. Transformer capacity is 11KV and generator capacity is 500KVA

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterTreated water shall be used for flushing, irrigation, carwash, pathways cleaning and excess seweage shall be discharged in the municipal sewer. STP of capacity is 250KLD shall be provided.
