Demarcation Of Plots123 no. of duplexes will be constructed by developer as per sanctioned layout. Plots and gardens will be demarcated and constructed as per approved sanction layout passed.
Boundary WallThe colony will be fully covered by boundaries wall and will be one gated colony
Road WorkBitumen based road will be constructed as per approved layout map.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWater will be supplied through boring and government water supply after taking approvals from statutory departments. Water tank will be constructed to store the water for colony consumption.
