Demarcation Of PlotsThe plots will be demarcated by concrete/brick pillars to all the sides of the plot boundary, to the exact shape, size and orientation as per the sanctioned map by Meerut Development Authority.
Boundary Wall1.8m-2.1m high and 230/115mm thick boundary wall designed and completed. Brick work and RCC work in column and beam are used as per the design.
Road WorkBituminous Coal Road/ Concrete Road will be throughout the project, whose wideness starts from 7.5m.
Footpathscombination green/paver blocks will be used in footpath preferably along with wide roads above 12m.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesAn underground water tank is already constructed and after the treatment, supply will be done through HDPE/MDPE pipe conduit.
Sewer SystemSewage will be collected through a RCC Hume pipe arrangement, leading to STP. Inspection chamber/manholes will be provided as per norms.
DrainSurface Drain water will be collected through RCC pipe and will be released to Storm Water line for discharge. Inspection Chambers/manholes will be provided as per norms.
ParksWe will provide green area with the different activities, sitting areas and play area for children.
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and alongside the boundary wall.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe electrical layout will be installed to suffice the domestic use. We will implement the system as per the local electricity board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, Lt panel.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterModular centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the STP for treatment and overflow from the STP will be connected to the Municipal sewerage system, when come into force.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThere are proper garbage collection areas provided for the solid waste management
Water Conservation SystemA well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole area to conserve water.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyWe will use LED lights fitting in external areas. In pump room also we will use energy efficient motors.
