Demarcation Of PlotsPlot No.-11, Sector Techzoe-4,Greater Noida( West) demarcation has been done Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority ( GNIDA). Phase III is shown as per site Plan.
Boundary WallBoundary wall shall be secured by natural wall of out facing shops other barrier.
Road WorkRoad work will be done using R.C.C./ interlocking tiles as per Sanctioned Plan.
FootpathsFootpath will be constructed using interlocking / Paver as per Sanctioned Plan.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesDrinking Water will be provided by government supply and it will be stored in under ground / overhead tanks and STP treated water will be available for gardening and flushing as per Plans.
Sewer SystemProper Sewerage system will be constructed using R.C.C./ UPVC pipes as per drawings and it will be treated with STP. STP treated water will be used as mentioned above and residual will be disposed of in government sewerage system.
