Demarcation Of PlotsTotal Plot area is 1848.38 sq.m., located at Khasra no 1265(M), Village Noornagar, Ghaziabad. Bounded North-50.57m, East-33.12m, South-50.190m, West-33.115m.
Boundary WallThe Plot is enclosed on three sides with a 7 Ft high RCC and brick wall along with southern (59.190m), eastern and western sides (33.115 m each).
Road WorkRoad Consists of 300mm sub-base, 300mm+250mm Aggregate Base Type-2, 70mm Bituminous binder, and 50mm wearing course for the durable finish.
FootpathsFootpaths are 150mm above road level, finished with interlocking tiles and curb stones for structural strength and safe pedestrain use.
