Demarcation Of PlotsBy Chain link Fencing
Boundary Wall2.5 mtr high and 230 mm thick boundary wall along with RCC columns to strengthen it has been proposed to be constructed along with entry and exit gates.
Road Workcomplete CC internal road alongh with paver pathways is proposed to be constructed as per CPWD specification for required load and width. road shall have some patterns using granite pavers at junctions and block entry points.
Footpathsall internal roads to have 0.75 m wide footpath in 40-60 mm thick concrete/ granite pavers or equivalent finishes.
