Demarcation Of PlotsAll plots are demarcated as per the layout plan being attached. There would be 90 villas and 61 plots.
Boundary WallAll plots are covered under separate boundary walls of atleast 1.5 meters. The colony would be having the boundary wall at the boundary of the colony consisting of height of 2.5 meters.
Road WorkBlack top road is being proposed to be constructed in the colony.
FootpathsPaved block with footpath is been proposed to be constructed for pedestrains and for same approved layout is attached. Footpath would be made across the blocks for walking purposes. The footpath would be of 2 feet wide outside the units.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWater for general utility and drinking purpose will be provided by the laid pipeline. The water supply would be provided through the underground water and the water line laid by the government authority. The water supply would be through the pipeline laid from the master tanker of the plot demarcated
Sewer SystemSewer system would be made for the cleanliness of the colony. The sewerage plan would be made for the flow of sullage water easily through the sewer system. Proposed Sewer treatment plan will be installed for the treatment of sewer.

Tree Planting200 to 300 trees would be planted all over the residency. The trees would be planted to enhance better and cleaner environment. The horticulture dept of the company would be planting trees of different sizes as per the requirement .
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingElectric pole and separate electricity connection will be taken from the concerned electricity department of the jhansi. The line for the electricity would be laid under the ground.
Community BuildingsA clubhouse has been proposed in the commercial area as per the approved layout. Also, the community hall would be constructed at the entrance of the colony.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterSewage treatment plan has been proposed in the amenties of the colony and the same would be made as per the approved plan. The sullage water would be further utilized.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemSolid waste would be collected regularly by the cleaning dept of the city i.e Nagar palika. Dustbins would be placed in the colony in order to keep the colony clean.
Water Conservation SystemWater harvesting plan has been proposed and the same would be implemented for the water conservation.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyThe residents will follow the Govt. norms
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemGovt. norms for the fire safety system would be followed.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesAs per approved layout being attached.
