Demarcation Of PlotsAs per approved sanctioned plan this project is having one entry gate and one exit gate with plot size of 213212.57 sq mtr with multipule khasra no/ Gata no. and demarcation is in process in this project .
Boundary Wall1.8 - 2.1 m high and 200 mm thick boundary wall designed th MS Railing as per approved design brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design entrance and exit gate will be of MS Steel structure as per approved design
Road WorkThere will be 9 m , 12 m and 24 m wide roads will be available in entire project Trimix road will be used as per design suggested by architect
FootpathsThere will internal roads and will have narrow footpaths and widening area will be there in project for footpaths
