Development & Facilities

Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll the plots and the amenities will be demarcated in the project including the project land. The size and orientations will be maintained as per the approved Map.
Boundary Wall2.43m high boundary walls will be constructed in brick and plaster. The wall will have 3 to 4 feet deep foundation. The wall will be painted with all weather paint.
Road WorkThe road surface will be of interlocking paving tiles laid over the compacted granular and subgrade layers
FootpathsThe foot path will be of interlockking paving tiles laidf over a sand bed of 30-50 mm. The layers underneath will be compacted to required density.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe potable ground water will be pumped through submersible pump. The collected water will be supplied to each unit and all the common areas of the project.
Sewer SystemThe underground sewer lines will be constructed in the project. The sewer lines will have the manholes/inspection chambers for the regular maintenance. The sewer line will lead to the common STP
DrainThe lined covered drains with minimum of 300 mm base witll be constructed in the project to cater for the domestic and common requirements of the project
ParksLush green parks will be constructed and devbeloped in the project as per the landscape plan
Tree PlantingTrees will be planted along the bopundary waals , periphery of the parks and all suitable locations of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe undeground and overhead electrical lined will be installed in the project to reach each unit through a distribution system. The electricity will also be supplied to common areas of the project. The street lights will be minimum 4 m hiogh with required lux.
Community BuildingsNot Applicable. (There in the other part of the project). The community building though will be available to residents of both projects (Guru Kripa Kutir and the one applied here)
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterNot Applicable. (It is in the first part of the project). The STP will be shared by both projects i.e. Guru Kripa Kutir and Guru Kripa Kutir Extension
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemDustbins and the waste collection arrangements will be installed in the project.
Water Conservation SystemThe rainwater system with collection and filter chabmbers will be installed. The water will be dispensed to the ground throgh perforated pies.
