Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsAll the plots, Roads, Parks and other amenities of the project will be demarcated as per the size and directions approved by MVDA. The project land will also be demarcated with applicable boundary walls.
Boundary WallThe 2.43m high boundary walls will be constructed in brick and plaster. The walls will be earthquake resistant and will be painted with all weather paint.
Road WorkThe interlocking paving tiles of 2-3 inches will be installed as wearing course over the compacted granular and subgrade layers.
FootpathsThe footpaths will also be of interlocking paving blocks laid over the sand bed on 30-50 mm over a compacted subgrade of selected earth.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe potable ground water as per approval by the MVDA will be pumped through submersible set up. The collected water will then be supplied to each individual unit and common facilities of the project.
Sewer SystemThe underground concreted pipes along with lined chambers will be installed in the project to cater for the domestic and common facilities sewer of the project. The Inspection chambers and bends will be constructed as per approved design. The sewer lines will lead to STP.
DrainThe lined covered drains with minimum bottom with of 300mm will be constructed along the roads and will lead to natural drain. The drains will be cover with grills.
Parks5 parks will be developed as per landscape plan. The park will be lush green with facilities for he elderly.
Tree PlantingThe trees will be planted along the boundary walls, periphery of the project and at all suitable location of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe transformer and the overhead distribution system will be installed as per approvals of DVVNL. The height of street lights will be min. 4 m and will have minimum specified lux.
Community BuildingsThe project has the parking facility and the Satsang Bhawan. Both will be constructed as per approved specification and drawings.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterA minimum of 300 KLD, 4 chambers system will be installed in the project to collect and process the sewer waste of the project and bring the effluents level with in the permissible limits specified by the local municipal corporation or the applicable government agency .
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThe solid waste of the project will be collected through different collection boxes and will be disposed off to the specified location by the local authority.
Water Conservation SystemThe rain water harvesting systems will be installed in the project.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyNot Applicable
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemNot Applicable
