Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsThe project land , the plots, roads, parks and other amenities will be demarcated in size, dimension and orientation as per the map approved. There are total of 154 residential plots from No. 3 to No. 156 on the layout. No.1 and 2 are the sector shopping area and convinient shop area (to be sold as plot only)
Boundary WallA 6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed in the project. The foundation of the boundary wall will be 3 to 4 feet deep. The wall will be constructed in brick and mortar. Boundary wall will be plastered and painted with the all weather paint
Road Workthe roads of width 9 m and 7.5 m will be constructed in the project. The top surface will be of interlocking paving tiles of 80 mm depth. The paver blocks will be laid on the sand bed. Underneath, the compacted granular layer and the compacted subgrade will be constructed.
FootpathsInterlocking paver block of 60 mm depth will be installed in the footpath areas of the project. The paver block will be laid over the sand bed and the the compacted layers underneath
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe ground water supply will be made to each unit through submersible pumps. The individual units will install the pumps of 1.5 HP
Sewer SystemThe Septic tanks for each unit will be constructed in the project. The size will be as per the design with capacity of around 2000 l
DrainThe lined and covered surface drains will be constructed in the project . The trapezoidal lined drains will have the minimum width and height of 200mm. The drain will be laid to ensure quick under gravity flow towards the designated chambers for rapid egress of the drainage water
Parks4 lush green parks will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan.
Tree PlantingTrees will be planted in the project . The tress will be selected as per the local soil and suitability. Trees will be planted along the periphery of the parks and at all suitable locations of the project.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingA separate transformer will be installed in the project as per the load approved by the DVVNL. The Lighting arrangements will be made for the common areas of the project along with the electrical connection to each unit. 4 m high street lights will be erected in the project with lumens as per requirement. The distribution boxes will be placed on the street light poles. The transformer will be of 750kW.

The runoff will be directed towards the collection chamber and the multistage filtration arrangment will be made of varying size granular material.
