Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsPlot size of 2631 sqm, but considered 2386.45sqm after deducting land surrendered for road widening
Boundary Wall2m High and 230mm thick concrete work and RCC work in column and beam. At the center face of boundary wall there would be a logo of the project which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.
Road WorkFrom the main entrance gate we have 80mm thick interlocking brick/RCC road through out the project, whose wideness starts from 10mtrs.
FootpathsWe would not provide any footpath
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide two nos. of pump for the requirement of blocks through underground pipelines.
Sewer SystemModular Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be go the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system when come into force.
DrainStorm water shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water Harvesting pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with the Municipal Drain line.
ParksWe will provide green area with the different activities and the green area will have gaming facilities for kids.
Tree PlantingWe will provide terrace planters and green area.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingWe will design and implement the system as per local electricity board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Feeder Pillar and DG backup for common services like External lighting fountain, STP, Pump room, etc.
Community BuildingsThere is no community buildings in the project.
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterModular Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system, when come into force.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThere are proper garbage collection Area provided for the solid waste management.
Water Conservation SystemWe will suggest to individual to use low flow fixtures as well dual flush cistern and raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyWe will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In pump room also all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor. And we will suggest to individual also to use.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemThis project has only residential flats. Hence we will provide Fire Fighting facility in common areas while individual owner can install their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health ServicesThere is no provision of Social Infrastructure.. Public amenities are provided in the project as per plan.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesWe have proposed common pimp room. All Sewerage shall be go to the STP. Roads and other areas shall be connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water.
Other Miscellaneous Workthere is no other miscellaneous work.
