Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsAll plots within the project arera shall be clearly demarcated on ground with accurate measurements as per the approved layout plan. The entire land is already under possession of the promoter.
Boundary WallA robust boundary wall of approximately 2.5 meters in height shall be constructed around the project perimeter to ensure enhanced security and clearly defined township boundary. The wall will be built using quality materials and will include desgnated entry and exit gates as per the approved layout plan.
Road WorkInternal township roads shall be developed with a width of 9 meters and 12 meters, constructed using high-quality black top surfacing . The road network is designed to provide smooth connectivity across all the plotted units .
