Development & Facilities

Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsThe Project Land, Plots , Parks, Roads and all proposed utilities and facilities of the project will be demarcated as per the approved lauout in dimension and orientation. There are total of 48 plots of which 45 are residential and 3 are commercial
Boundary WallA Boundary wall along the required project permiter, 6 to 8 feet high of brick , plaster and paint will be provided.
Road WorkA concrete pavement with PQC of 200mm and a compacted granular layer and subgrade will be constructed in the project. The width of the roads will be 6 m, 7.5 m , 9m and 12m.
FootpathsA footpath of the interlocking paving tiles of 80-100 mm will be provided along the park periphery and at locations suitable for the pedestrains.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesGraond water will be pumped to the water tank with 3HP pumps. The potable water will be supplied to each unit through the interconnected PVC pipes. The water tank of 75000l will be provided for the domestic use of the project.
Sewer SystemAn undergrounf seweragenetwork will be laid in the project. The Pipes of 300 mm dia will be laid along with man holes at suitable interval. The sewer will be lead to the Projects STP
DrainLined drain will be constructed in the project of 200 to 300 mm depth and width to cater for the domestic drainage along with surface runoffs.
ParksThe park of approx 480 square meter will be developed in the project as per the landscape plan
Tree PlantingThe trees suitable to loocal weather will be planted in the project along the park periphery and at all suitable locations.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingA separate dedicated transformer will be installed for the project as per the load sanctions by the electricity board. The street lights will be installed for all the common areas of the project. The connections will be provided for each individual unit of the project. the transformer wil be approx 100kVA.
Community BuildingsThe community building will be constructed in the project
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterThe sewer will be treated in the multistage sewer treatment plant prior to the disposal. A 40 KLD sewer will be constructed and installed for the project
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemA Dalab ghar will be constructed in the project along with installations of the dust bins to collect and manage and dispose the waste
