Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsThe Project is to be developed in total area of 22521.49 square meter. The project has 124 residentiona plots. All the plots and roads along with Park and other amenities will be demarcated as per the approved map from Agra Development Authority in size , shape and Orientation
Boundary WallA 6 to 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed for the project land. Te Earth quake resistatant boundaruy wall will be constructed as per design in brick and mortar. The wall wlll be plastered and painted
Road WorkThe roads, 7.5 m and 9 m wde will have the compacted subgrade, Granular Sub -base of min 150mm, granular base for flexible pavement . The CC road or paver interlocking shall be provided at the required location.
FootpathsThe Inerlocking paver blocks of minimum 60mm having strength of M-25 will be laid over compacted erath and a bed of sand 30-40mm thck.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe water will be supplied to each unit through 80mm wide PVC pipe line connected to the water tank of capacity 200000 liter. The underground water will be pumped through submersible set p.
Sewer System200 mm diameter NP3 hume pipe will be laid in the project to cater for the residential needs of each unit. The Inspection chambers of sixze 1.00 x 1.20 x . 1.50 will be constructed in concrete. The slopes will be to ensure the gravtional flow and early clearance.
DrainThe trapezoidal shape lined drain, subsurface/ surface will be constructed in the project in concrete. The base thickness will be minimum 75 mm with with of minimum 200mm and height as per design.
ParksThe 3 lush green par with amenities for ids and elderly will be developed in the project at locations specified in the approved map.
Tree PlantingTrees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project. Near boundary wall and Periphery of Parks.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingFxing of electric poles, underground cable and feeder pillars with conductors and suitable street lights will be constructed in the project along the roads and common areas.
Community BuildingsNot Applicable
Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterThe sewer lines will lead to the multi stage sewage treatment plant of minimum size 3mx4mx5m. The STP will be designed to get the efflunts within permissible limit before disposal at designated location of municipal corporation
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemThe Dalab ghars will be constructed in the project to collect and dispose off the solid waste of the project.
