Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterSewage Treatment Plant of 300 KLD will be installed along with modular treatment system, treated sullage water will be utilized for irrigation of green areas and flushing of overflow any to the municipal drain.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemConstruction of Dalab Ghar/Garbage rooms in brick load bearing structure with dustbins has been proposed in the project having total area of 247.13 sq. mtr. Disposal of the Garbage will be through as per local nagar nigam norms.
Water Conservation SystemConstruction of Rain Water Harvesting pits for percolation of rainwater to maintain the ground water levels and laying of Treated sewage water to green area for irrigation as per drawings approved.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergySolar Electric street lights shall be installed all over the project.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemThe project consists of Residential and commercial plots. Hence there is no need for fire fighting facility. Individual owners can install their own fire fighting system as per their and local authority requirements. However, we will provide fire brigade outlets for connecting water supply for emergency cases.
Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services1 plot having area of 552.30 sq. mtr. will be allotted/sold for construction of school use only. Also Kids play area will be developed in some park areas. Further, Guard rooms along with toilets having facility of first aid kit will be developed at entrance gates of the project.
Emergency Evacuation ServicesThe project shall consists of two gates - one for entry and one for exit, also 7.5 mtr to 15.00 mtr wide roads has been proposed for easy movement of emergency evacuation facilities/vehicles.
Other Miscellaneous WorkThe project consists affordable plots mostly under 100 sq. mtr. and total plots in project are 291 including 1 plot proposed for school .
