Demarcation Of PlotsAll 9 number of plots along with roads and utilities will be demarcated as per the approved map. the orientation and size will be maintained. The size of plot will be as shown in approved layout.
Boundary WallThe required boundary wall will be 6 to 8 feet high. the wall will be made in brick mortar. The boundary wall will be plastered and painted. The wall at all required locations will be earthquake resistant.
Road WorkThe roads will be of paver blocks laid over the compacted granular layer topped with sand bed. The 9 m wide roads will be constructed as per relevant codes. the subgrade and granular layer will be compacted to minimum of 95 compaction. The paver block will be 80 mm thick.
FootpathsThe footpath will be of colored interlocking tiles at suitable location in width of 1m. The subgrade will be compacted and the sand bed of 40-50 mm will be laid before placing the paver blocks.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe pump house will be constructed for the ground water . The potable ground water will be pumped to UGT/OHT and supplied to all units of the project with PVC pipe lines. The pipe line will be laid in line and slopes to cater each unit
Sewer SystemIndividual septic tanks will be constructed for each unit.. The sewerage connection system will be provided to each unit. The dimensions will be approximately 2.0 x 2.5 x 2.5 m
DrainThe lined covered drain will be constructed in the project to cater for the drainage requirements of the project. The drain outlet will be fixed as per the local drainage plan. The width of the top of the drain will be minimum 200mm and the shape will be trapezoidal to assist flow.
