Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsLand is well demarcated at site with a wide opening at main road.
Boundary WallA 2.4 mt high permanent boundary wall is proposed to be consructed to enclose the site. A well designed gate complex shall be part of it.
Road WorkWith 18 mt. entrance road, network of 9.00 and 12.00 mt. wide Bituminous road is proposed to be constructed as per CPWD norms.
Footpaths900 to 1200 mm. wide paved area shall run on both side of the roads as footpath.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesWe will provide Two nos. of pump to fill up UG tank/OHT to supply drinking water to the whole township. Make of pumps and pipes shall be as per the standard good quality specifications.
Sewer SystemA well designed sewerage system is proposed to be laid to carry sewage/soil water up to STP of required capacity. All the standard quality material shall be used to match CPWD Norms.
