Boundary Wall230mm wide and 2.1 meter high earthquake resistant boundary wall of RCC/ Mild steel/ brick filled.
Road WorkAll roads in the complex will be in combination of trimix, concrete pavers of different colours, shape thickness Roads will be laid over 225mm water bound macadam.
FootpathsAll footpath in the complex will be in combination of concrete pavers of different colours shape and thickness of 65 mm and 80 mm laid over 150 mm water bound macadam surface.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesPotable water supply from municipal water supply shall be collected in underground collection tank and pumped to overhead water tank. The supply of water to individual units shall be from the said overhead water tanks.

Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting pits shall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharged in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergySolar panels will be used to reduce the energy consumption and electrical appliances with 5 star rating will be used in community building.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemSprinkler, fire doors, yard hydrants, smoke detector and fire alarm system will be provided as applicable .
