Demarcation Of PlotsThe project is approached by grand entry with 24 meter wide entry and exit. The total plot area of the project is 64375 sq meter. as per sale deed executed by Jhansi Development Authority. Project area as approved in the Plan is 62739 sq meter and remaining area is to be used for widening of road. Plot is demarcated from North - NH 4 Lane, South - Others Land , East 24 meter wide road, West 24 meter wide Mahayojna Road.
Boundary WallBoundary wall will be around 6 feet high with lower portion of Brick Wall and upper 2 feet in ms grill.
Road WorkThe internal road will be 7.5 m and 9m wide tar road with pedestrain on either side with storm water drainage below it.
FootpathsThe footpaths will be concrete aver Blocks.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesThe water supply to the individual plots will be through hydro pneumatic system with centralised location of under ground water tank.
