Development works
Demarcation Of PlotsResidential Plots of different sizes for public and semi-public plots as approved by the authorities and demarcated on approved map and accordingly the demarcations will be done on the site.
Boundary WallIt will be the responsibility of the developer to construct the boundary wall around the whole society. No boundary walls is being provided by the developer for the individual plots that boundary walls will be constructed by the buyers.
Road WorkAll the main arteries will have flexible pavements with different thickness of base and sub-base courses depending upon the CBR Values of the soil underneath.
FootpathsAll main artery roads and sub-artery roads will have footpaths in the shoulders and these footpaths will be finished with the material which will allow rain water percolation into the soil below.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesTill the time UP Jal Nigam will be in position to spare water from their sources for this township, underground water will be drawn for supplying to customers, the water demand is calculated as per the water supply manual of Ministry of housing and urban development Govt. of India. The per capita consumption of water is considered as 135 lpcd and based on the demand and estimated population water requirement has been worked out.
Sewer SystemSub-mains with provision to link the disposal of each and every plot through chambers/ manholes will be laid in front of all the plots and these sub-mains will be connected to the manholes of the trunk mains laid in the service corridors of the arterial and sub-arterial roads. The trunk mains will ultimately terminate into the STP where the sewerage will be treated.
DrainRain water harvesting pits provided at different locations as per the design, and the overflow of the rainwater harvesting pits will be connected to the external drainage network. The external drainage network will be provided to carry the road and plot run-offs and finally disposed off into the natural storm drains.
ParksAll the parks as proposed in the layout will be developed with the provision for shady trees as per the design.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe electrical network designed for the township is as per Indian Electricity act and rules, guidelines and regulations of UP electricity supply code 2005 and its guidelines and regulations of Uttar Pradesh Electricity regulatory commission for electrical distribution networks in the private builder township.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterAs explained above the sewerage and sullage water will be treated in STPs and processed in the township.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemDoor to door collection of solid waste arrangement will be made in the township through the maintenance agency which will be assigned maintenance of the society, besides this garbage bins and collection points have been proposed in the township.
Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting pit numbers and size based on the design at different locations will be provided in the township and only the overflow of these pits will be drained into natural nalahs.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyDeveloper will use LED light fittings in external area as well as solar lights.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemThis project does not have any high rise building, its have individual plots for residential purpose hence there are no need to do any fire fighting facility. Individual owner can be installed their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.
