Development works

Demarcation Of PlotsResidential Plots of different sizes for public and semi public plots as approved by the authorities and demarcated on approved map and accordingly the demarcations will be done on the site.
Boundary WallIt will be the responsibility of the developer to construct the boundary wall around the whole society. No boundary walls is being provided by the developer for the individual plots that boundary wall will be constructed by the buyers.
Road WorkAll the main arteries will have flexible pavements with different thickness of base and sub-base courses depending upon the CBR Value of the soil underearth. All sub-arteries with required design thickness based on CBR value will be either flexible or rigid pavements.
FootpathsAll main artery road and sub- artery roads will have footpaths in the shoulders and these footpaths will be finished with the material which will allow rain water percolation into the soil below.
Water Supply Including Drinking Water FacilitiesTill the time UP Jal Nigam will be in position to spare water from their sources for this township, underground water will be drawn for supplying to customers. The water demand is calculated as per the water supply manual of ministry of housing and urban development Govt. of India. The per capita consumption of water is considered as 135 lpcd and based on the demand and estimated population water requirement has been worked out.
Sewer SystemSub-mains with provision to link the disposal of each and every plot through chamber/manholes will be laid in front of all the plots and these sub-mains will be connected to the manholes of trunk mains laid in the service corridors of the arterial and sub-arterial roads. The trunk mains will ultimately terminate into the STP where the sewerage will be treated.
DrainRainwater harvesting pits provided at different locations as per the design, and the overflow of rainwater harvesting pits will be connected to the external drainage network. The external drainage network will be provided to carry the road and plot run-offs and finally disposed off into the natural storm drains.
ParksAll the parks as proposed in the layout will be developed with the provision for tot-lot areas, jogging tracks and shrubs and shady trees as per the design.
Tree PlantingTrees of different species will be planted on the periphery of the site and along roads. Big leaf trees will also be provided on the periphery.
Design For Electric Supply Including Street LightingThe electrical network designed for the township is as per the Indian electricity act and rules, guidelines and regulations of UP electricity supply code 2005 and its guidelines and regulations of Uttar Pradesh Electricity regulatory commission for electrical distribution networks in private builder township.

Treatment And Disposal System Of Sewage And Sullage WaterAs explained above the sewerage and sullage water will be treated and processed in STPs in the township.
Solid Waste Management And Disposal SystemDoor to door collection of solid waste arrangement will be made in the township through the maintenance agency which will be assigned maintenance of the society, besides this garbage bins and collection points have been proposed in the township. A tie up with the local municipality for organizing solid waste disposal of this township.
Water Conservation SystemRain water harvesting pits number and size based on the design at different locations will be provided in the township and only the overflow of these pits will be drained into the natural nalahs.
Energy Management System Including Use Of Renewable EnergyWe will use LED lights fitting in external areas with solar facility.
Fire Protection And Fire Safety SystemThis project do not have any high rise building, its have individual plots for residential purpose Hence there are no need for fire fighting facility.
